It&#8217;s around 10MB, and you&#8217;ll need DivX to play it, &#8216;cos it&#8217;s an MPEG-4 encoded AVI, for you tedious cretins out there&#8230;.<\/p>\n<p>Video is actually a great tool, &#8216;cos it shows me just how early I was braking, and backing off &#8211; I know what to work on now&#8230;.
